Minghsun Liu, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Liu received his undergraduate degree from MIT and his M.D. and Ph.D. in microbiology and immunology from UCLA School of Medicine. His Ph.D. research was published in top scientific journals including Science and Nature and has been patented. He completed internal medicine training at the University of Washington in Seattle and infectious diseases research and training at Stanford University. In addition to his clinical work, he continues to carry out infectious diseases and biodefense research at both UCLA and California Institute of Technology (CalTech).
